Charles Michael Gonzalez
Founder
Charles Gonzalez is an accounting leader and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in multifamily real estate, property management, and corporate accounting. Before launching Keystone Property Accounting, Charles spent years refining his craft with industry leaders like FirstService Residential, Rivergate KW Residential, and LNR Properties, managing financials for multimillion-dollar portfolios and community associations.
With an MBA in Business Intelligence and Analytics, Charles blends data-driven precision with practical, real-world property management experience. His ability to translate complex financials into clear insights has helped countless property managers, HOA boards, and investors make smarter, faster business decisions.
Charles founded Keystone to bridge a gap he saw firsthand — property professionals being underserved by generalist accountants who didn’t understand the nuances of real estate accounting. Through Keystone, he delivers tailored financial systems, modern reporting tools, and strategic guidance that help clients regain control of their numbers and focus on growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world, playing basketball, trading the stock market, and spending quality time with Jesus and my parents. These experiences keep me grounded, focused, and inspired to lead with purpose in both life and business.

Accounting Assistant
Dana supports the day-to-day accounting operations for our clients, assisting with reconciliations, bookkeeping, and month-end reporting. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
